Service Description:
|
Provides intake, assessment, psycho-educational groups and, if indicated, 48 consecutive weeks (max.) of trauma-specific therapy to youth over the age of 18 years and adults, who have experienced childhood interpersonal abuse-related trauma. The program also offers trauma informed case management in partnership with York Support Services Network.

The program accepts self-referrals as well as referrals from other sources. Information and entry point is through the intake coordinator who will provide a telephone intake and direct the referral to the correct program.
