Cedar Centre is a non-profit charitable organization that provides trauma-specific therapy for children, youth and adults who have experienced childhood interpersonal trauma (all forms of abuse related trauma). The organization also provides trauma-specific care for supportive caregivers, as well as outreach and prevention programming to the residents of York Region and some surrounding areas without like services. Our vision is that everyone has the right to live free from childhood interpersonal (abuse related) trauma. Cedar Centre leads by providing a unique and holistic approach to prevention, therapy, education and advocacy to end the effects of childhood interpersonal trauma. We provide inclusive services to people of all identities and experiences.
