Service Description:

Provides a host of youth support services to help vulnerable youth who are in need of housing and other supports across York Region * programs offered are emergency and transitional housing, employment programs, counselling, basic needs, outreach and gang prevention and intervention, education upgrading (iGrad), nightstop temporary community hosting, family and natural supports program, homelessness prevention and shelter diversion
