Service Description:
|
Support for children and youth living with a loved one with a life-limiting illness, or who has experienced the loss of a loved one:
- develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
- facilitate those difficult conversations with your family
- participate in individual counselling using activities that may include art, music, play, books, discussions, and education
- participate in complementary therapies and wellness activities (e.g. yoga, reiki, etc.) and community events (based on community need)
