Service Description:

Support for people of all ages, their caregivers and their families who are living with a life-limiting illness, or individuals who are grieving a loss * offer a full range of services and programs, free of charge, by a team of professional staff and specially trained volunteers * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes * services include:
- community hospice palliative care supports
- intake and assessment
- individual care plan development
- counselling (individual and family support)
- group support
- wellness activities
- complementary therapies
- information, education and referrals
Volunteers are an integral part of the organization and opportunities are offered for anyone interested in supporting individuals and families in the community
