Service Description:

Provides a mobile service to youth and young adults from ages 13-26 of years, meeting youth where they are throughout York Region
Services include:
- housing support
- employment support
- educational support (liaising youth between teachers/guidance counsellors)
- accessing necessary financial assistance for young individuals
- referring youth to other community support services in their area
- providing information and programming
- youth advocate for justice services
- case management
- ID replacement
- crisis intervention
- informal counselling and support
- referral to our in-house professional individual counsellor
- gang intervention and prevention programs
