Service Description: B.O.O.S.T. is for individuals living with stroke and other neurological disorders

Program highlights:

Service Details - Adult Day Program
Transportation Program can provide transportation for clients within catchment area who are not eligible for Wheel Trans. Cost for transportation is return-ride. Transportation not wheelchair accessible.
Nutrition Offer fresh home-style meals prepared by Dietary Aide. Can accommodate different types of diets (vegetarian, puréed)
Mobility Assistance Wheelchair accessible program. PSW’s on site that can do one person assist.
Incontinence Provides toileting assistance to clients. Will accept clients who are incontinent of urine. The program cannot accommodate clients incontinent of bowel.
Medication Management The Medication Management program is designed to assist clients with medication. All medication that is needed at the day program must come in a Blister Pack (we have a partner pharmacy if needed by the client). We do not offer any other service in terms of nursing services (blood pressure, insulin etc).
