to manage their daily lives- day-to-day scheduling: prioritizing; time-management
- concierge Service: running errands; phone calls; letter writing; transportation; setting appointments; problem solving
- downsizing: planning, identifying and prioritizing needs and items for a move
- personal inventory: to account for personal items re. downsizing, estate planning and insurance claims
