Rehabilitative Care - In-Home Private Pay - Etobicoke

Therapy-based rehabilitation services provided in the patient's home or other non-clinical locations. Services can include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, case management, and vocational or other evaluations.
 
These services are located outside of Etobicoke, but provide service to Etobicoke.
