Service Description: Coping after death of a person with dementia, virtual bereavement support group using the Zoom platform runs for 6 week sessions * through this group, hope to provide support to caregivers, facilitate peer support, provide information about the grieving process and through secured platform provide an opportunity to share experiences about coping strategies

Meetings: Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration. Contact 1-888-414-5550 if you are new to this, otherwise email Social Worker listed to register.
