Service Description: Individual diagnosed younger than 65 years * peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and safety issues

Meetings: Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration. Contact 1-888-414-5550 if you are new to this, otherwise email Social Worker listed to register.

Eligibility / Target Population: People who regularly provide physical, social, or emotional supports to people diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias younger than 65 years of age
