Individual diagnosed younger than 65 years * peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and safety issues

Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration.
