Service Description: Programs are designed to combat social isolation, improve health and wellbeing, and promote intergenerational engagement * through accessible hybrid models, seniors benefit from online workshops, cultural programs, chronic disease prevention, social programming and exercise classes, all aimed at enhancing their quality of life * in addition to these, crucial support in areas like mental health, economic stability, and access to wrap around heath supports through referrals to age in place (in the community)
