Service Description:

Delivers a variety of culturally and linguistically relevant services for older adults and seniors with a specific focus on supporting those that come from diverse communities
- integrated programming offered virtually and in-person at various community locations (subject to availability)
- referrals and information specific to seniors and caregiver support
- advocacy and community engagement opportunities to create awareness about ageism (discrimination based on age) and the promotion of age friendly communities
