Central CCAC - Supporting Seniors In Our Community - Free Information Sessions

As part of Central CCAC's commitment to engage in meaningful conversations and develop collaborative partnerships, Central CCAC will host a series of public education and engagement sessions throughout the Central region in October and November. Partnering with local hospitals and community support agencies, these evening sessions will focus on providing information on care and services available in the community, including the long-term care placement process. Sessions are scheduled to take place in Aurora, Markham, North York and Richmond Hill. Sessions are as follows:

RICHMOND HILL SESSION
