A Toolkit for Caregivers

The Behavioural Support System Caregiver Support Working Group is pleased to launch this information-packed Caregiver Toolkit.

Contents of the kit include:

The Caregiver Toolkit will be officially launched in Central LHIN on Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 5pm-7pm at CHATS Richmond Hill Adult Day Program - 10132 Yonge St, Richmond Hill. All caregivers are welcome.
