Driver Assessment And Training Services provides service to clients with disabilities and special needs to help them achieve driver independence * call 1-877-397-1035 or 416-398-1035 or fax to 1-855-704-4080, email driverinfo@sehc.com for information

Services offered include:
  • medical assessments
  • vision waiver assessments
  • prescriptions for driving controls, modifications and vehicles
  • driver training
  • ministry-approved medical assessments and road evaluations for clients with cognitive impairments (DriveABLE)

Fees: Fees for service * some services may be covered by Ontario Health atHome * private health insurance * WSIB
Application: Referral might be required * for driving appointment call 416-398-1035 and clients will be asked to complete a referral form for this program as well
