Service Description:
|
The Community Outreach Program is for individuals that are experiencing challenges related to substance use, housing, food insecurity, and/or gambling issues.
Service includes:
- Supportive counselling.
- Assessment, treatment, and referrals for alcohol, drug-related and gambling issues to other health professionals, community agencies, and bed-based treatment centres.
- Raising awareness about substance use and gambling through community presentations and education.
- All languages supported through our translation services partner.
