Service Description:

The clinic offers speech-language pathology (speech therapy) and occupational therapy to individuals of all ages
The speech-language clinical team offers assessment and treatment as follows:- early language acquisition (late talkers)
- language delays and disorders
- speech sounds (articulation, phonological and motor speech difficulties including Childhood Apraxia of Speech)
- stuttering
- literacy (reading; writing)
- acquired communication disorders;(aphasia, acquired apraxia of speech, dysarthria, speech & swallowing changes associated with Parkinson's, etc.)
- Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
- cognitive communication
- accent expansion
The occupational therapy clinical team offers assessment and treatment as follows: - fine motor skills (handwriting)
- gross motor skills (walking, running, climbing, jumping)
- sensory processing
- energy and emotional regulation
- self care (dressing, toileting)
- activities of daily living
- feeding
