Social and support services to empower, promote health, and celebrate the lives of people living with and affected by HIV, hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted infections and the individuals and families from the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and two-spirit (LGBTQ2S) communities of Simcoe County and Muskoka Region

Positive Self Management Program - six week workshop for people living with HIV to develop skills and strategies to cope and improve health
