Service Description:

Community-based services to assist in navigating accommodations for those with mental health difficulties
Services and housing options include:
- Case Management program and access to a rent supplement program based on the Housing First model
Gloria House - a supportive, cooperative living environment for 5 individuals with mental health difficulties
Transitional Housing - for 3 individuals experiencing mental health issues with a maximum stay of 6 months
