A space where seniors can develop friendship, enhance knowledge and skills for daily life, promote physical and mental wellness, and participate in social activities * programs include:
- seniors support group
- seniors active living club
- seniors exercise group
- field trips
- computer / iPad classes
- health and wellness classes
- English conversation circle
- festival celebrations
- information sessions on a wide variety of topics e.g. Old Age Pension, seniors’ benefits, social housing, will and POA and retirement plan
