Provide free one-on-one settlement service by phone, virtual or in-person * offer support in access support services in immigration, citizenship, housing, health, education, employment, labour, welfare and benefits, taxation, business, transportation, recreation, and more
Settlement support services include the following areas:
- PR card renewal
- citizenship application
- Ontario Electricity Support Program
- Canada Child Benefit/Healthy Smiles Ontario
- tax preparation service for low income families
- Trillium Drug Program
- Canada Emergency Response Benefit, EI application
- Seniors Benefits: OAS, GIS, Drug benefits
- settlement related services and information sessions
