Service Description:
|
This service provides assessments to the emergency department and consultations to the inpatient units for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This does not include outpatient assessments or follow-up care. The focus is to resolve the immediate crisis to assist the individual to return to a pre-crisis level of functioning.
