Service Description: Offers a rural therapeutic community for adults with a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and emotional/behavioral problems * an alternative to institutional placement for those who do not fit the expectation of most group homes or cannot cope with the intense sensory stimuli of urban life;

Day Program: Expressive Arts Program, wood working shop, pool based fitness and therapy, work in greenhouse, management of farm livestock and crops;

Residential Program: 12 homes * live-in staff * residents help manage day-to-day routines in their homes and the farm * provides recreational activities, community outings, educational classes, and a Special Olympics



Fees: Most program fees covered by Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
Application: Contact Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) to apply * Applicant's medical and psychological history and condition will be assessed for eligibility
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 + that have a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and emotional/behavioral problems
