Service Description:

Provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy, individual, couple and family therapy:
- anxiety
- bereavement / grief and loss
- depression
- dating and courtship
- interpersonal relationship
- inter-generational issues
- marriage & family relationships and conflict
- migration changes and adjustment
- pre-marital counselling
- parenting issues
- self-esteem issues
- stress
Providing courses, workshops, seminars, support groups on the following themes: personal growth, mindfulness, self-care and care-giving psycho-educational courses, and volunteer training, and spiritual formation groups and spiritual direction one to one

Standard fees ($120/per hour) and subsidies for limited income families. Other services are charged by category rates, subsidies or free of charge
