Ontario Breast Screening Program-All women between the ages and 40 and 74, who are asymptomatic, have no history of breast cancer and no implants, are automatically enrolled in the Ontario Breast Screening Program. If you meet all these criteria, you do not need a requisition to book an appointment. Just call 905-989-0911 and our staff will be happy to help you book an appointment
