Service Description: The Adult Day Program (ADP) is a social recreational program for seniors living in the community. The ADP provides respite for caregivers and interesting stimulating programming for participants of the club.

Service Details - Adult Day Program
  • Transportation CHATS: 1-877-452-4287
  • Nutrition: Are able to accommodate most dietary requests 
  • Mobility Assistance: Have availability for all mobile assistance devices but will assess upon admission to program
  • Incontinence: Will work with client on individual basis and modify routine if needed * Will not be able to admit clients with bowel incontinence or unmanagable urine incontinence
  • Medication Management: VON will assist with medication

Fees: $20 a visit; monthly bill mailed Fee Reduction: Call for details
