L'chaim is a small and unique home that provides a Jewish home living environment geared to those who have Alzheimer's and other forms of dementias. We provide round the clock care for our residents at various care levels. Each resident is treated individually. A customized care and programming plan is designed for each resident. Ongoing medical assessment and attention is only part of our customized care.
