Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults, adults with disabilities, and adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- semi-secure area
- physiotherapy
- chiropodist 2 times per month
- music therapy and horticulture therapy
- podiatry
- art therapy
Additional:
- medication reminders
- ADL assistance (toileting, incontinence care, feeding, one person transfer)
- bathing program
- dietary assessment - special diets available
- transportation through TransHelp, Canes Community Care, WheelTrans, Compassion Transportation
