Service Description: Non-emergency transportation by staff or volunteers for older adults who are unable to use public transportation and are not eligible for Wheel Trans, York Region Mobility or other municipal transport programs * transportation to community programs, medical appointments, shopping and group trips

Eligibility / Target Population: Older adults and people with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
