Service Description:

Complex Services use evidence-based programs that focus on supporting children/youth and their parents/caregivers improve communication and interpersonal skills, gain a greater self-acceptance and self-esteem, ability to change self-defeating behaviours/habits, gain management of emotions, including anger, depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions, and increased confidence and decision-making skills.
These services can include group and individual treatment.
