Service Description:

Treats patients with chronic pain such as: low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, post-motor vehicle accident pain, headaches and migraines, arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, degenerative disk disease, diabetic neuropathic pain, post-shingles pain, work-related injuries and fibromyalgia
Services include:
- initial consultation
- evaluation of past and current medical history
- development of pain management plan including medication and nerve block management
- development of pharmacological protocol
- evaluation of opiate use and reduction
- patient education

Patients referred to the clinic by physicians will have the costs covered by OHIP
