Service Description:
|
Provides free and convenient therapy to help individuals experiencing depression, stress, anxiety and anxiety-related conditions learn practical strategies and skills to improve their mental health. Ontario Structured Psychotherapy services are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which is collaborative, goal focused and involves light reading and practice.
BounceBack is available to adults through this program.
Inclusionary Criteria: 18+ years of age, main concern of anxiety, depression or anxiety-related problem (such as post-traumatic stress, health anxiety, work stress, obsessive-compulsive concerns)

Referrals accepted from self or primary care providers. Online self-referral form available. After referral, individual will contacted within five business days.
