Fees: Free services and services on sliding scale, may be covered by private, health insurance
Application: Referral: Self-referral from clients, health care professionals, practitioners, physicians, hospitals, the legal system, agencies, organizations, Ontario Health atHome-Brampton (Central West), discharge planners etc.
