Service Description:

An integrated program for frail and elderly individuals with Dementia and cognitive impairments offering health monitoring, cognitive training, social and therapeutic activities, fall prevention and caregiver support service * clients with mild responsive behaviors that can be managed in community setting may be accommodated

Fees:

$45 daily ($40 daily if 2 or more days per week attendance) * transportation fee $19 per round trip
