Service Description:

An outpatient treatment offered to assist young adults with eating disorders to achieve normalized eating, a healthy weight and an improved relationship with their body and self.

Referrals are accepted from primary care practitioners.
Referral form is available on the website.
Following referral, individuals and their families receive a half-day assessment.
