Service Description: Provides psychosocial services and withdrawal/craving medication options to individuals who struggle with substance use dependence. Clinics help individuals ages 16 years and up using opioids, alcohol, cocaine, and methamphetamines. To be eligible for the program, potential service recipients must meet one of the following criteria: currently using opioids or history of opioid use, interest in harm reduction for opioid use, interest in methadone or suboxone, presently taking methadone or suboxone and want to transfer to a holistic program, or presently taking methadone or suboxone and want help with tapering off.

Application: Appointment required. Referrals are accepted from primary care, hospitals, community agencies or self.
