Service Description: Assists adults with a developmental disability to encourage involvement in their communities and to live independently * provides funding for community participation services and supports, activities of daily living and person-directed planning * also provides funding for caregiver respite services and supports for primary caregivers of an adult with a developmental disability

Supports available through program:
  • funding information to families and individuals within Simcoe County
  • assists families with funding documents and planning
  • program accountability to the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)
