Provides support to individuals who are currently experiencing, or have experienced, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and/or human trafficking, connecting them to support services such as- crisis intervention
- prevention supports
- income subsidy supports, education programs, supports for integration, special priority housing, employment
- intervention supports
- disability supports, guaranteed income supplement, food banks
- basic universal human service supports
- education, hospitals, public health, transportation, long-term care, police, early childhood intervention
Offers in-person, virtual, and over the phone services
