Available services: registered nurse (RN), registered practice nurse (RPN), personal support workers (PSW), home support worker (HSW/home cleaning), live-in caregivers, physiotherapist (PT), physiotherapist assistant (PTA) * option of transportation via wheelchair accessible van to senior group home
Service, care and support:
- nursing care
- medication assistance
- assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting
- respite care
- escort/transportation to medical appointments
- accompaniment to grocery shopping and errands
- homemaking services including meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry
- companion care
Adult day program is available for individuals from ages 18 and older, catering those with autism, intellectual and physical disabilities, seniors and individuals with physical disabilities * fees customized according to the need of individual and transportation services are provided (call for details)
