Service Description: Private outpatient program with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Support is focused for those with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety related disorders.
