- Meals On Wheels and Good Food Box
- Transportation
- Seasonal and home maintenance
- Volunteers
- Caregiver support
- Personal care
- Adult day programs
- Case management/social work
- Homemaking
- Wellness checks
- Telephone reassurance/security check calls
- Resource navigation
- Group exercise/recreation
- Vaccine support
