Processes and accepts payment of provincial offences fines, parking ticket fines for Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, King and East Gwillimbury- schedules and prosecutes provincial offences trials
- accepts filing of Provincial Offences Act matters including re-openings, motions and extensions of time to pay fines
- handles general inquiries about provincial offences
- offences include Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Licence Act, Trespass to Property Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act and City By-Laws (noise, taxi, animal care)
