Service Description:

Outpatient program for individuals diagnosed with eating disorders, who can be managed on an outpatient basis.
Services offered include:
- individual therapy
- family therapy
- nutritional counselling
- psycho-education classes for families
- parent support group and/or therapeutic groups for adolescents

Application:
|
Referrals are required from a primary care practitioner within York Region or South Simcoe.
Referral form is available on the website.
