Service Description:
|
The Youth and Family Program supports young people ages 12-24 and their families and parents or caregivers, who want to make changes connected with drug and/or alcohol using a harm reduction approach and support each individual to reach their personal goals, whether that means abstinence or continuing to use.
Service includes:
- Assessment and Treatment Plan
- Individual counselling for 12-24 year old clients
- Parent Education support group
- Family consultations
- Brief Caregiver support sessions

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
To access this service, please contact the Intake Department.
Individuals will be assessed in-house.
