Service Description:

Provides intensive support to individuals who have substance (alcohol and/or drug) use or dependence issues, through individual counselling sessions and referral to group-based services.
This program is voluntary, for individuals who:
- Are 25 years or older
- Face the challenges associated with alcohol and/or drugs (excludes tobacco and/or caffeine)
- Live or work in York Region
