Service Description:	Structured learning environment Vocational day program drop-in programs social and life skills training job preparation and placement on-the-job coaching groups for women, men computer lab weekend respite After school respite/summer program for families and caregivers days, evenings, after school and weekends specialized care and support social and life skills development structured programs and activities community awareness and integration Saturday respite hangout recreational activities
Fees:	Service: $120 per day
Application:	Self-referral; day program application form available on website; assistance provided to arrange funding
Eligibility / Target Population:	Individuals 16 years and older with special needs Residency Requirements: Greater Toronto and surrounding area
