After school respite/summer program for families and caregivers
  • days, evenings, after school and weekends
  • specialized care and support

Saturday respite hangout
  • recreational activities

Fees: Service: $120 per day
Application: Self-referral; day program application form available on website; assistance provided to arrange funding
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 16 years and older with special needs

Residency Requirements: Greater Toronto and surrounding area
