Donations -- accepts a variety of gently used items- mattresses, box springs tables and chairs
- sofas, recliners, coffee tables, office furniture and the like
- does not accept electronics, housewares or appliances
- in-kind donation receipts provided

Clients -- not accepted directly
- clients must first be referred by a social service agency registered with the Furniture Depot
- OW/ODSP clients in York Region may arrange through their case manager
- newcomers in York Region may arrange through a local Welcome Centre
