Service Description:
|
Provide services in homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities or retirement homes in the community * Services include
- live-in and hourly caregivers
- respite care
- hospice and palliative care
- Alzheimer's and Dementia care
- assistance for new moms
- companionship, conversation and recreational activities
- meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry
- accompaniment to social outings
- grocery shopping, errands and transportation services
- assisting with walking and transfer from bed to wheelchair
- home safety inspection
Personal support may include bathing and grooming, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, light housekeeping and household chores, medication reminders, escort to appointments and health monitoring.
